Joe va bientôt quitter New York pour Dubaï. Il voudrait organiser une grande fête d'anniversaire pour les 10 ans de sa nièce qu'il adore. Il va alors demander de l'aide à Kelly Bouchard, dont le succès dans l'événementiel est indéniable. Pas tout à fait sur la même longueur d'ondes de prime abord, ils vont pourtant apprendre à se connaître et à travailler ensemble.
